1. Advice
Before placing an order, please confirm the reference number, model, materials, dimensions, dial colour, strap, buckle, condition and included accessories with our team. The individual listing and written order confirmation describe the watch being purchased.
2. Return Eligibility
For purchases made directly with Cool Watch Co., Limited, watches may only be returned to Cool Watch Co., Limited if they do not correspond to the order.
3. Returned Items and Condition
In the case of a return, please return the watch, box and papers, warranty card or certificate, and all items included in the original delivery, in their original condition. If the condition upon receipt at our office differs from its condition at the time of sale, the difference in value may be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event of a dispute concerning a return request, Cool Watch Co., Limited reserves the right to make its final determination under this Return Policy, in accordance with applicable Hong Kong law.
