The Perfect Fusion of Speed and Elegance | H. MOSER & CIE. × Pierre Gasly Limited Tourbillon

In the world of haute horology, some collaborations shine briefly then fade away, while others become lasting dialogues built on shared vision, kindred spirit and a pursuit of true craftsmanship. The partnership between H. Moser & Cie. and French Alpine F1 driver Pierre Gasly belongs to the latter. It is more than a simple crossover, it is a seamless blend of racing adrenaline and watchmaking artistry that gives life to the Streamliner Tourbillon Pierre Gasly Limited Edition, a timepiece that reflects Gasly’s style, taste and character.

From Track to Wrist, A Racer’s Personal Precision

This partnership is far from a mere celebrity endorsement. Pierre Gasly was intimately involved in the creative process from concept to final detail, influencing every aspect of the watch, from case materials to dial color, complications, and the integration of the flying tourbillon. His fascination with the tourbillon is rooted in its precise mechanical beauty: “The rotation of the tourbillon is like a ballet that never stops, with a hypnotic allure. Its precision and balance perfectly echo the speed and control required in F1 racing.” Edward Meier, CEO of H. MOSER & CIE., praised Gasly’s vision, noting that he remained faithful to his aesthetic instincts, resulting in a watch entirely reflective of his character.

After finishing second in the Renault Formula 3.5 Series in 2014, Pierre Gasly went on to win the GP2 championship in 2016 and made his Formula 1 debut in 2017. His precision, composure and focus on the racetrack became the main inspiration for this timepiece. Gasly translated his control and attention to detail as a driver into the language of watchmaking, taking part in almost every stage of the design process from concept and material selection to dial color and functional details, working closely with the brand’s designers. The result is a creation that blends a sense of speed with refined elegance in every detail.

Chocolate Fumé, A Deep, Sophisticated Palette

The watch’s most captivating feature is its “Chocolate fumé” dial, personally named and colored by Gasly. This rich, multi-layered brown is enhanced by H. MOSER & CIE.’s signature fumé gradient and sunburst finishing, creating a molten-chocolate depth and warm luminosity. The brand logo at 12 o’clock is subtly presented in transparent lacquer, harmonizing with the 5N red gold case, three-dimensional indices, and Globolight® hands. At 6 o’clock, the one-minute flying tourbillon offers rhythmic precision, forming a dynamic contrast against the dial, a visual focal point and a masterclass in mechanical aesthetics.

Dual Limited Editions, Taste in Every Detail

The new limited edition watches showcase rarity and thoughtful design, making them true collector’s pieces. The 100-piece model (6805-0410) features a chocolate-colored rubber strap that combines a sporty spirit with elegant charm, expressing a sense of understated luxury. The ultra-limited 10-piece model (6805-0411) pays tribute to Pierre Gasly’s racing number “10,” with a rectangular ruby set at the 10 o’clock position replacing the traditional hour marker. It is paired with an integrated 5N red gold bracelet that flows seamlessly with the case, offering exceptional texture and refinement. Both editions highlight exclusivity through limited production, with the ultra-limited version in particular symbolizing Pierre’s passion and respect for speed and precision.

Movement Mastery, Precision Meets Art

Beneath its elegant design lies the technical mastery of H. Moser & Cie. The watch is powered by the HMC 805 automatic movement with about 72 hours of power reserve, featuring a flying tourbillon and the patented double hairspring system developed by sister company Precision Engineering AG. The two hairsprings offset each other’s center of gravity shifts during expansion, improving precision and consistency. Through the sapphire crystal caseback, the carbon gray bridges, Moser stripes, partially openworked parts and the 18 carat red gold skeleton rotor can be admired, each detail showing the brand’s dedication to perfection. The tourbillon turns smoothly at 6 o’clock, combining steady motion with mechanical elegance.

Flowing Lines and Chocolate Elegance

The new watch made its debut on October 1, 2025, during the Singapore Grand Prix, worn by Pierre Gasly himself. Its streamlined design, paired with a chocolate fumé dial and precise mechanical construction, achieves a perfect balance between aesthetics and performance. Whether it is the dynamic energy of the rubber strap or the understated luxury of the red gold bracelet, the timepiece fully expresses its dual character, embodying both the spirit of the racetrack and the refined artistry of haute horlogerie.
